Eight years experience inside customer facing roles. Lead a team of fifteen waiters over the duration of two years. Contributed to the transformation of a brand new restaurant that began with weekly projected sales forecasts of 10k, into an established and successful restaurant that now consistently hits weekly forecasts of 35-40k. Responsible for the movement of goods coming in from over seventy major suppliers into a warehouse based in Croydon, investigating over fifty stock discrepancies per day in order to maximise the companies service levels, and organising the shipment of special orders direct from suppliers to some of the companies biggest clients.
