  • Suggested, prepared and poured over 25 signature and classic cocktails, according to proper recipes, for guests and cocktail servers.
  • Stocked and maintained working knowledge of all infusions, spirits, beer, wine, fresh purees, garnishes, glassware and bar appliances for all outlets.
  • Cross-trained to work at all bars at The Linq, including O'Sheas, TAG Sports Bar, Purple Zebra Daquiri Bar and various service bars.
  • Maintained proper SNHD specifications for both FOH and BOH operations.
