Incident Management Engineer 3
- Working closely with Commerce teams to complete incident management process.
- Training/mentoring new employees on Microsoft systems and processes for the Commerce organization.
- Leading a shift of analysts to perform daily activities and incident management process with accuracy.
- Helping a Project Management Operation team with growing processes and increasing efficiency in process.
- Experience with running basic PowerShell Scripts and creating/managing Visual Studio and IcM.
- Demonstrated ability to react quickly and perform exceptional during critical/catastrophic events.
- Ability to thoroughly write email correspondence and error descriptions to internal and external partners.
- Knowledge to support enterprise level server hardware, OS and Networking.
- Experience analyzing post incident data for accuracy and meeting Microsoft industry standards to begin a postmortem process.
