- Perform sales on a daily basis through uncovering client's needs.
- Key holder to building with expectation of closing and opening facility.
- Selling and servicing Checking, Savings, HELOCs, Business (referrals/maintenance/opening), Credit Cards, Auto Loans and CD products.
- Providing world class customer experience to client's that can be measured through a survey metric.
- Working closely with other sales associates along with tellers to increase daily/weekly/monthly revenue performance.
- Help coach associates on best practices and client interactions with role playing scenarios to develop deeper employee skill sets.
