Maintenance and development of the company's primary product system - "TicketXPert.NET" Enterprise edition. The system is a highly evolved (over 15 years of development) web-based ticket management system providing product support and customer service for all businesses. • Designed, implemented and maintained over 370 SSRS reports, 1700 Stored Procedures deployed on 9 databases containing more than 440 tables.
• Worked as Leader of the Report Development team [3 members]
• Worked as "SQL Reviewer/Consultant" of any SQL Server related work implemented by the development team.
• Devised and compiled Isonet's development conventions:
"SQL Server T-SQL Development conventions and standards"
"SQL Server Reporting Service conventions and standards". • Optimized heavy workloads and resolved timeout issues on very large tables [100 million rows +]. • Conducted onsite client training - Bank of International Settlements.
Worked on the final development stage of the company's online shop as well as partial new re-development of the internally used ERP system.• Developed several modules - a custom ERP Wiki, User Account Control Panel, Job offers handling• Front-end design and development of online shop.
All development was done in C# using MVC ASP.NET 1.0 with SQL Server 2008 as backend.
