  • Maintained client database, including file review, data entry and task delegation.
  • Prepared and sent out mass-mailings via USPS mail and e-mail for prospecting and client retention.
  • Prepared annual financial reviews for existing clients.
  • Set up and maintained the company's computer network (Microsoft Small Business Server 2003).
  • Took on special design projects including templates for newsletters, PowerPoint presentations and an updated annual review format. Created a design, professional in appearance, which incorporated the colors of the company logo for a more "branded" and consistent appearance with company stationery.

  • Worked with multiple product types including mutual funds from several different fund companies, brokerage accounts and variable annuity contracts.  Also had some experience working with 401(k) products.
  • Maintained the company's network, upgraded systems and implemented a new computer encryption system as required by our home office.
  • Designed and updated PowerPoint presentations and handouts for clients.
  • Filled in on the receptionist's and executive assistant's duties during times when there was a lack of sufficient staff.  Tasks included ordering office supplies, maintaining kitchen supplies, picking up and sorting mail, answering phones, etc.

  • Prepared all outgoing mail and entered each outgoing item into an Access database log I created.
  • Logged all incoming money into a Checks Received Access database I created.
  • Prepared daily deposits and took the deposits to the bank.
  • Assisted the Office Manager with filing invoices.
  • Designed and updated PowerPoint presentations and other graphical materials to be used as handouts and presented to clients.
  • Ordered and maintained office supplies.
  • Performed miscellaneous support functions for a staff varying in size from 12 to 15 employees.  Made copies, answered incoming phone calls, delivered outgoing packages to drop-boxes and proof-read letters for staff members upon their request.
  • Assisted co-workers with computer questions such as how to use certain functions in Microsoft Office programs.

  • Maintained the Site Services Department website.  Designed new pages to expand the existing website.
  • Took photos around Ericsson's facilities to incorporate into various pages of the website.
  • Coded large amounts of information from Material Safety Data Sheets into HTML code, also utilizing PHP and CSS.

I have eight years of experience working in a financial services environment. During these years I supported several financial planners.  Through this, I was able to gain experience in a variety of areas including general office administration, investment account service, IT administration and graphic design.


To obtain employment with a quality company where I may utilize my skills to provide unique value.


Outside of work, I enjoy working out, photography, art and music.  I am active in my church where I have been the pianist since I was a teenager.  I have a lot of curiosity so I always enjoy learning about new things.
