Biography

Christina Sineath has been in the Charleston area for almost 15 years but comes with 20+ years experience in the real estate industry. She is adept at designing and executing effective sales strategies to optimize market opportunities. Christina has been a consistent leader with her clients and fellow Realtors®. She is a exemplary communicator with the passion and drive. Christina has a long record of advising, motivating, and guiding clients to achieving their housing goals and Realtors® to achieving their business goals, while continually adhering to a strong set of core values. 

 Christina began her career with a fledgling firm that was almost as green as she was! Her constant desire to learn and improve made for a perfect fit with Pinnacle One, for within five short years, she went from rookie sales agent to Operations Manager, and ultimately became the Broker-in-Charge, responsible for the welfare of 35 agents and two offices all while growing her successful sales career. During this period, she focused on becoming an expert with state contracts and board requirements, making sure that 100% compliancy was the norm. However, the most important single aspect that she learned during this period is that her underlying supreme motivation was and continues to be the opportunity to identify people in need of help and then to develop and deliver the strategy to assist them. With clients and customers, this means going above and beyond the duties of a real estate agent to ensure the successful purchase or sale of their home. 

Christina’s passion for helping others is the common thread throughout her career. She built her own real estate firm, Christina Ellis & Associates, LLC from the ground up and later merged it with the largest firm in the Charleston area. After being #2 within her first year with the company, she was approached to be a Broker-in-Charge to use her passion and talents to grow one of Carolina One Real Estate’s offices. Christina excelled at this challenge while training and coaching her agents to increase their business anywhere from 30% to 60% and in turn, her entire team grew and became one of Carolina One’s top producing offices. Christina was also involved in Carolina One’s commercial division, helping Carolina One Commercial win the Power Broker award from Costar.

Christina also believes in giving back to her community, a mindset she puts into action by serving on the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR). She was a member of the Board of Directors from 2010 – 2013 and served two terms on the Legislative Committee as co-chair. She is now an active member of the Grievance Committee, serving her second term. Her focus has always been putting the needs of her agents, her clients and her customer’s first. She firmly believes success follows when one consistently does the right thing: a guiding principal throughout her life and career.
