Advisor to business team on how to integrate new European and Emerging market business into the middle office equity system. Performance Improvement & Systems Development, Operations and Technology Manager Enhanced global trade enrichment platform which processed over 5 million exchange trades per day. Applying detailed analysis and analytical methods reduced the processing time per trade, hence increasing the system capacity by 60%, enabling the company to bring in new business without incurring additional costs. Designed and led a global renovated IT solution to automate the manual Syndicate Trade Bookings on the mainframe for IPOs in Europe and Asia. By bringing the Syndicates business onto the Equity Trade Booking Platform it simplified and automated the booking process, reduced the risk of manual error and provided a cost saving of 1 full time employee per month. Global Mainframe to Distributed Database Renovation, Project Manager Collaborated with multiple internal groups, providing thought leadership to deliver robust solution to multifaceted problem.
