Consolidate the functional structure of sales, marketing and R&D to aim at accurate TA service niche products use pinpoint muti-media to reach the customer.
-Establish quality assurance principle of natural and organic as the company value. Redesign procedures in the section of ECRO Ingredient purchase, certification from government, Non-Toxic and FANCL products to build green name in the market.
-Develop the overseas market with strategy partners, successfully build up good relationships with distributors in ASEAN through outstanding products and attractive promotion scheme.
- Cooperate with university and government research and develop center for the patent authority, technology transfer or technical tie-up.
-Strong negotiations skills and marketing sense to build solid relationship with suppliers / brands in Korea and Japan＿
