- Cooperate with university and government research and develop center for the patent authority, technology transfer or technical tie-up.  

-Strong negotiations skills and marketing sense to build solid relationship with suppliers / brands in Korea and Japan_

- Ensure business and marketing activity is aligned with overall country level strategy, adopt global operations strategy to national context, create national level strategies and plans, manage key risks. 

-  Develop and maintain management of BA training and motivation program which increase extra 20% sales , including communication and sales skills ,customer beauty work shop, cover girl magazine etc.

- Build up strong relationship with high level of channels and department stores managers,

- Supervise the new product launch of Lancome. complete the VIP member card program and attract up to 80,000 members.

法國歐萊雅台灣分公司    協理

負責消費品市場品牌中的巴黎萊雅,媚比琳與卡尼爾台灣的業務與行銷,與各區域負責人合作聯盟形成跨區域的業務合作。

設立亞洲區第一個消費品品牌的百貨旗艦店, 制定相關標準與規則做為泛亞洲區專櫃旗艦店的HAND BOOK.

協助業務部門深度拓展通路合作搶市占。

與零售通路與百貨公司維持穩固信賴的合作關係。

負責蘭蔻品牌的行銷上市與市場佔有率擴建,完成VIP 會員回饋服務系統,將會員人數由50,000人提升到80,000人。

-Contribute in reorganize the structure and transform of the Gucci Taiwan company from local agent become branch office, deal new agreement and contracts with landlord and department stores, strength the HR management skills by review staff by KPI , lay off, recruit, staff training and develop the operation hand book for sales staff as a sop principle.

-Staff training and CRM system improvement to re-build the image.

-Set up 3 flagship stores and renovation stores to increase the revenue up to 150% in each store.

-Analyze the figure and budget to assist the marketing and sales team to generate better scheme for VIP customer, repots to headquarter.

-Conduct the merchandise team to participate the seasonal buying in France or Italy.

組織重整: 將Gucci 從台灣代理商轉換成台灣分公司以形塑新的品牌形象並翻轉台灣古馳公司搖搖欲墜的業績與市場定位。

人事組織重整,調整, 聘用, 訓練, 考核 ,激勵現場服務人員,制定Operation Manual 做為第一線工作人員的行為規範與標准, 以確保台灣的服務與管理與總公司策略方向的一致性。

店鋪改裝設計以提升GUCCI 的國際品牌形象地位

加深與業主和百貨公司的合作關係, 重新制定契約條件,圈選適當的位置樓層開立旗艦店 。
