Maintains responsibility for daily personnel changes; updates data into cross-departmental spreadsheets, HRIS systems, and benefit carriers
Scheduling interviews for hiring managers and directors with prospective candidates
Pre-employment tasks including reference checks, e-Verify and resume screening
Coordinates and conducts new hire orientations, including required training, reviewing company policy, verifying necessary documentation for input into HR/payroll system
Benefit administrator; assisting employees with enrollments, inquires about plan details, and communicating implementations & incentives throughout the year
