·Troubleshoot customer network problems on a state of the art MPLS network.
·Perform configuration changes per customer requests including changes to Juniper and Cisco routers. Netscreen and Cisco firewalls, Cisco and Foundry switchs. F5 BigIP loadbalancers
·Continue to perform day to day network support for the Central Management Network where all monitoring, jump hosts and customer management tools reside.
·Participate in network design and support for customer disaster recovery testing to ensure their data is available in case of a disaster.
