Directly reporting to the General Manager, the position of Project Manager involves:

·The responsibility for and the coordination of a team of 18 people

·The creation of annual Action Plans to monitor activities and to adopt the eventual countermeasures

·The development of sales and after sales strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams

·The improvement in the quality of the service offered

·The creation of maintenance programs and personalized after sales activities

·The after sales Key Client management with the presentation in Power Point of the activities and the services offered

·Frequent contact with product managers of the head quarters in Germany for the resolution of the more complex problems

·The participation in technical trainings in Germany for modifications and for new products

·Preparation of monthly reports for the General Manager on the activity executed and on key KPIs

·Preparation and participation in fairs worldwide

Key Achievements:

·25% growth every year from the income of Service activities. In 2008: 2,5 Million Euros

·30% reduction of overall service costs

·20% growth of free lance technicians territorial coverage, with a consequent growth of approx 2 Million Euros in the incomes of less covered zones

·Progressive growth in Key Clients service incomes. In 2007: 1,2 million Euros

·With Change Management techniques I’ve achieved a remarkable unity and professionalism within the Team, with each member of the team able to operate on each piece of equipment individually.

·With the application of the Continuous Improvement method I’ve reached the 94% in Team’s efficiency.

Since Jun. 2006 I carried out in parallel also the activity of Quality Manager for which my tasks were the following:

·Complete review of the Quality Manual

·The definition of corrective actions to solve Non conformities verified from the reviser Society (TUV)

·Supervision on the completion and on the closure of the above actions

·Individualization of indicators to measure the efficiency of the departments

·Execution of Internal audits every six months for all departments

·Management of WEEE documentation for our clients

·Annual Report of the activities to the General Manager

Key achievements obtained:

·Achievement and maintenance of company’s certification ISO 9001:2000

·Diffusion to all company’s employee of a major Customer Focus and of a Continuous Improvement mentality
