JOB DESCRIPTION
Management and operation of a successful, fully staffed Learning Center, maximizing Center revenue and profit while maintaining top quality instruction and customer service.

MANAGEMENT:

• Maximizing and exceeding Center operational, marketing, and revenue goals, regularly achieving top 20 positions in  nationwide earnings and reaching  the number 4 slot in national revenue in April of 2015.
• Managing Center weekly, monthly and yearly profit and loss; analyzing current revenue trends and creating action plans for development and improvement.
• Overseeing all Center full and part-time staff including 30+  teachers  and administrators and a student clientele ranging from 80 to 100 - monitoring the quality and breadth of a variety student instructional programs and curriculum, including: 

K thru 12 Reading, Writing, Phonics and Math , ACT, SAT &      PSAT Exam Prep, State Administered Testing and AP and College level Subject Tutoring
• Hiring, training, coaching and development of all full and part-time staff, in knowledge of Center curriculum, instructional procedures,  and policies while maintaining a high level of staff morale and minimizing turnover.

MARKETING:

  • Development of strategic marketing and advertising plans leading to the increase of Huntington’s presence in the community by fostering positive relationships with schools, businesses and local community groups.

SALES:

  • Intake and processing of new client inquiries including student diagnostic testing and conferencing with parents to discuss diagnostic results and present suggested Huntington instructional program curriculum, center policy, pricing, program duration,  and scheduling, resulting  in new client enrollment
  • Maintaining existing client base by meeting with parents regularly to discuss student goals, progress and achievement.
