Execute the recruitment, selection, and on-boarding process of both managerial, and operator/technician employees. Manage recruitment efforts including: workforce planning, sourcing, researching, networking, screening, evaluating, and referring qualified candidates. Recruit qualified candidates using various resources including: university career fairs, strategic internet/social media sourcing, internal applicant tracking systems, etc. Ensure the company has a robust talent pipeline by actively seeking out and hiring the best talent for the various business units. Manage recruitment related projects such as: Talent Programs, Employer Branding, University Recruiting, and Intern Programs. Partake in a variety of brewery/corporate special projects such as diversity committees, mentoring activities, engagement activities, better world initiatives, etc. Own and complete multiple projects at the high-level and present project recommendations to management for approval and implementation.
