Currently, I am the Product Owner of a care management application that enables healthcare organizations to reduce cost and improve quality of care by providing care programs and facilitating patient outreach, care planning, goal setting, and care team communication.

I worked on several mission critical initiatives within the Crimson Platform such as implementing an EMR Integration strategy, leading a product meaningful use certification, creating Provider Scorecards for industry standard programs (e.g. Value-based Purchasing & Medicare Shared Savings Program), and, lastly, developed an Integrated Patient Timeline that details a patient's journey through the health continuum.

My first PM role as an individual contributor where I executed requirements documentation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning on the clinical applications including charting, task management, order tracking, and patient tracking. We developed an iPad/iPhone app for mobile EMR use and medical rounding.

I conducted on-site, classroom, and virtual training sessions to educate healthcare providers and their ancillary staff on how to effectively utilize the EMR to deliver primary and specialty ambulatory care. I delivered highly-rated presentations at the annual user's conference to 200+ audiences.
