About Chris Sullivan Primus Technologies

Chris Sullivan, Primus Technologies Chairman and CEO, previously served as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Operations where he led optimization of the company’s manufacturing processes with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Quality initiatives. Privately-held, Primus is one of the largest Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers in the United States. For more than 50 years Primus and its predecessor companies have supplied mission-critical electronic assemblies, test development, design, engineering, and aftermarket services to Fortune 500 corporations in industries including Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Transportation and Complex Industrial. Primus is operated on a Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing foundation. AS9100 and Nadcap certified, Primus is a recognized leader in providing zero-defect quality, 100% on-time delivery and the lowest total cost.

Before joining Primus Technologies, Chris Sullivan raised and managed $200 million at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s Private Client Services group. He began his career with American Power Conversion, where he led Sales and Marketing as District Manager of the firm’s 4-state region based in Denver, Colorado.

Chris Sullivan is a member of the Board of Trustees of Bucknell University. He serves on the Geisinger Health System Foundation Board of Directors, Geisinger Health Plan Board of Directors, Geisinger Health System Advisory Council, the Geisinger-Bucknell Autism and Developmental Medicine Institute Advisory Council and the Bucknell Business Advisory Board. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and his MBA from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, with a concentration in Operations and Finance. Chris also attended Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program for Leadership Best Practices.

Chris and his management team have led Primus to becoming a global leader in customer performance and a nationally-recognized employer of choice, recently receiving the Governor's Job Creation Award for exemplary support of the workforce, community and economic development. Primus donated $1.5 million to the Diocese of Scranton Scholarship Foundation to fund tuition aid at St. John Neumann Regional Academy in Williamsport, $300,000 to local hospitals of the Susquehanna Health System and $100,000 for the Geisinger Pediatric Specialty Services Clinic in Williamsport. Primus Technologies is a Corporate Champion for the Wounded Warrior Project and a Special Olympics Winners Circle sponsor, among other organizations the company supports. Primus provides 10% pretax profit-sharing for all 500 employees as well as renowned compensation, benefits and perks for each Primus family member.
