About Chris Llinas

An accomplished attorney and member of the Maryland State Bar, J. Christopher Llinas has nearly two decades of experience in criminal defense, construction and contractor litigation, and civil litigation. As corporate counsel for disaster restoration firm Royal Plus, Inc. through April 2015, Chris Llinas’ duties included dispute resolution and contract review and negotiation. In 2014, he became certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), further equipping him to assist the company in directing its multistate workforce. Earlier in his career, Chris Llinas served as a legal aid attorney with Pine Tree Legal Assistance and an assistant state’s attorney with Worcester County State’s Attorney’s Office. He received his BA in English from Salisbury University and JD from the Franklin Pierce Law Center, now the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

Apart from his legal career, J. Christopher Llinas is active in a number of charitable endeavors. He has volunteered for the Prayer Vigil for the Earth event and actively supports the Delmarva Education Foundation through his assistance in drafting memoranda related to scholarship programs.
