  • Expertise included restaurant build-outs, tenant finish, residential additions and remodeling including foundation and structural framing.
  • Within the design-build model, I worked with architects soliciting bids, purchasing trades, and subcontractor management, fiscal responsibility, and client relations.

Chief Engineer of custom one-of-a-kind design world-champion racing sailboats.

  • Engineered 1984's Top Racing Sailboats in US, a 40 foot Nelson Merck design.
