Serve as Team Captain for a Research team providing pcastors with tailored  briefs for sermon series, book reviews and other various projects.  Recently I successfully led and managed a large-scale project for our company that involved a  team of 32 researchers in which we exceeded our clients goal and finished ahead of schedule.

Church Planting Intern

Memorial Presbyterian Church

As a cooperative church-planting intern with Memorial Presbyterian Church (PCA) working with The Journey, I helped develop and implement a Liturgical Worship Service in a church with a history of exclusively contemporary worship. Helped to manage a core group of 35 people to launch this new service and site that saw over 100+ in attendance on a weekly basis. Wrote liturgy and led the service. Responsible for the recruitment, leadership and management of multiple ministry teams.

Currently serve as the Campus Development Associate, with responsibilities for outlining objectives, researching and gathering resources for Campus Pastor Leadership Development.  Also involved in detailing a Church Discipline process and procedures for use across our multiple sites.

Summer Church Planting Intern

Assisted with the development of a future church plant core group in a mutli-ethnic, multi-cultural context.  Regularly met with six site pastors and one movement pastor for mentoring and ministry development. Gathered and assimilated demographic data of the city to identify potential locations of future plants.

Assistant Director

INTERSECT

As a lay leader in the Young Professionals/Singles ministry, I served as Assistant Director for INTERSECT, a monthly worship gathering I envisioned and helped launch designed to engage and attract the 40,000 single adults living in our city.  I served as part of the vision team as well as recruiter, project manager and worship leader.  We had an average attendance of 120 starting from a core group of 40 committed members.
