Retained through ActaVista to oversee the build out of teams, infrastructure, and systems to support the development and launch of Mobile Wallet, a joint-venture between AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile to establish a nationwide mobile commerce network leveraging smartphone and near-field communications (NFC) technology. * Built organization’s IT Department leveraging internal corporate and onshore / offshore outsourced support model that enabled ISIS to grow rapidly from 40-50 users to 200+ within 12 months and launch Mobile Wallet in 6 months. * Established corporate security plan and procedures to mitigate risks and achieve PCI compliancy. * Designed support structure for Tier 1-4 support model; negotiated favorable contracts with outsourced vendors that delivered $1.5 million in yearly savings. * Spearheaded the architectural design and deployment of new infrastructure for data center and corporate network leveraging open-source Linux and Cisco technologies. * Directed the build out of 5 separate environments within 4 months of hire to support the full life cycle development of Mobile Wallet platform. * Managed the design and build out of new corporate headquarters to support rapid growth.

Originally recruited as Systems Specialist III to administer and optimize network infrastructure supporting 5,000 users throughout North America. Promoted to Service Desk Manager City overseeing the build out of Service Desk servicing 6,000 users in 35 locations across North and South America. Based upon success, selected as the Lead Network Engineer to oversee the standardization of LAN / WAN infrastructures across North and South American regions to reduce costs, enhance administration, and meet corporate guidelines. * Established the 1st Service Desk supporting North and South American regions enabling follow-the- sun support model. * Planned and executed 5-year plan to standardize data, voice, and video infrastructure across North and South America. * Spearheaded the build out of co-located Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity site that reduced downtime of MPLS network infrastructure by 70%. * Implemented 1st VoIP structure for the enterprise. * Deployed standard data, voice, and video infrastructure across 35 sites leveraging Cisco Catalyst switches, ISR data / voice routers, and IPT telephony solution. Designed and configured Layer II / III LAN redundancy. * Managed and optimized global MPLS infrastructure across BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols. * Implemented Cisco IPT solution, subsequently adopted globally. * Deployed WLAN Access Controls to centralize the management of access points.
