Change & Implementation Learning Specialist Consultant

GP Strategies Limited

As an implementation specialist, I am tasked to implement training on large programs and projects. I provide an end to end solution from stakeholder meetings to implementing training to the end user.

In order to provide the end to end solution, I am highly trained in. Business analysis, project management, instructional design and training delivery to a high standard.

As an example, I have created and published training to a worldwide organisation on Lean, Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) project management methodologies. Further projects have been completed using ADDIE methodology in the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation of projects.

All training exceeded TAP standards, CIPD standards and City and Guild accreditation standards and evaluated using the Kirkpatrick Model.

My speciality in the team is as a media, IT and face to face training specialist. I have contributed to several projects by successfully creating Elearning (captivate, storyline), green screen video (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro), Conference (Webex) and have led a highly successful face to face training project.

As a previous business owner, I have a fully equipped home office including Green Screen video studio with sound dampening.

Due to the size of organisations that GP Strategies work with, documentation is very important and as a former Microsoft Office trainer, I developed document templates for the wider to use.
