-       Working alongside experienced Strategists to deliver insightful, timely and actionable growth plans in line with the brief and project objectives. Clients include Dow Jones Media, Zip Car & Sky. 
-       Involved in regular brainstorming sessions to kick off new projects, discuss challenges and define project plans. 
-       Conduct extensive research on competitor landscapes to identify best practices, highlight weaknesses and define opportunities for growth. 
-       Analyse target customer needs and behaviour, supported by qualitative and quantitative testing, e.g. written surveys, focus groups & 1-on-1 interviews, to gain relevant insights and segment the audience. 
-       Create renewed brand positioning strategies for existing product portfolios, to include recommendations on messaging, sales tactics, advertising channels and price point. 
-       Create revised business manifestos with recommendations ranging from overall vision and mission statements and target audiences, to of tone of voice and brand personality. 
-        Creating decks and story boards to present findings and growth proposals to clients.

-        Worked alongside the founder and CEO from launch to define brand look and feel, product positioning, target distribution, future product development and marketing strategy. 
-        Designed all brand content from POS materials to broadsheet ads for London Underground. 
-         Managed press and social agencies to agree and then implement plans to grow brand awareness and sales. 
-         Organised events and pop-ups to promote the launch to press, trade buyers and target consumers. 
-         Actively sold in to new retailers such as Tesco and The CoOp, in line with the distribution strategy and sales targets. 
-         On-going market research to monitor competitor activity, launches and the developments of a new 'breakfast on the go' category.

-        Analysed and collaborated on Group CSR activity (22 countries) measuring ROI, assessing impact and planning future initiatives, incl. Vocational Training Centres, Enterprise Development Centres. 

-       Introduced brand focused legacy initiatives for Ghana, Kenya & Uganda, presenting proposed strategy and budgets to CEO and Executive team for sign off. 

-        Responsible for complete project lifecycle from conception through to delivery: negotiating partner agreements, managing all stakeholders including international contractors, owning all internal and external comms, keeping to budgets and timelines throughout.

e.g. 1: Led Tullow's 'Ghana Golf Programme' to launch 3 academies ($1.5m) and re-develop Accra's Achimota Golf Course ($4.2m). Has successfully provided a platform for the brand in Ghana while stimulating further FDI into the country as a consequence. 

e.g. 2: Negotiated and implemented a major 5-year sponsorship deal with an award-winning Ghanaian football & educational academy, 'Right to Dream' ($1.75m).  

-         Projects had a significant ROI, directly influencing the award of a new operating licence in Zambia, as well as stimulating further interest from other African Nation States that perceived Tullow as the operator of choice, going above and beyond its typical commercial remit where it operates.  

-         Formed and managed partner relationships and initiatives with Paul McGinley Golf, The European Tour and The R&A to support golf programmes.

-         Developed and managed further projects in Kenya & Uganda to prepare communities for new oil activity including establishing Enterprise Development Centres and Agricultural Development Centres. 

-         Managed numerous high profile events including a corporate golf day & dinner at the Irish Open 2013 to support it's sponsorship, to volunteering to organise a staff charity cycle ride from London-Copenhagen, raising £42k.
