 Collaborated with 6 administrators in the West Region to create a documented job description manual. For the Administrator position.

 Produced trend/data analysis on Kenexa Associate Engagement Surveys for three Vice Presidents in Client Services that amounted to 30 reports.

 Presented analysis with PowerPoint over Live Meeting to all 30 Service Managers.  Lead and managed a two-week project titled “Developing Your Personal Brand” with a cross-functional team of 7 interns.

 Partnered with ADP’s Relationship Management Services Business Unit to conduct multiple intrinsic analyses on termed clients and current clients, concerning their overall experience with ADP.

 Worked exclusively with Divisional Vice President/General Manager of the Service Center on generating innovative ways to retain and engage new hires.
