ADP

 Collaborated with 6 administrators in the West Region to create a documented job description manual. For the Administrator position.

 Used Visio to process flow all aspects of the West Major Accounts Admin functions, which resulted in process improvements and consolidation of efforts in support of a three associate reduction in force mandate.

 Performed analysis of client survey reporting and tracking through ADP’s ‘Net Promoter System.’

 Assisted in completing Statements of Work for Project Services using eAccess and Clarify.

 Developed effective strategies for Year End activities throughout the West Region.  Updated backlogs for Project Services that totaled over 200.

 Generated a survey using Monkey Survey

 Developed a cost-effective strategy for Year End by aiding in a newly implemented ‘Pantry Project.’

 Generated a survey using Monkey Survey to gage employees wants and needs for food pantry.

 Produced trend/data analysis on Kenexa Associate Engagement Surveys for three Vice Presidents in Client Services that amounted to 30 reports.

 Presented analysis with PowerPoint over Live Meeting to all 30 Service Managers.  Lead and managed a two-week project titled “Developing Your Personal Brand” with a cross-functional team of 7 interns.

 Partnered with ADP’s Relationship Management Services Business Unit to conduct multiple intrinsic analyses on termed clients and current clients, concerning their overall experience with ADP.

 Worked exclusively with Divisional Vice President/General Manager of the Service Center on generating innovative ways to retain and engage new hires.
