  • Planned and executed geo-targeted campaigns for 28 temporary and permanent retail locations in 15 major North American cities. A small team was responsible for driving approximately 400-600 customer orders each week the pop-up shops were open
  • Responsible for driving traffic, brand awareness and revenue through Indochino's social audience of over 200k people
  • Rebuilt the weekly/monthly marketing channel reports to reflect key sales and/conversion KPIs for the Senior Management and Board of Directors to base strategic business decisions upon Responsible for tracking and reporting campaign performance
  • Acquired and managed all influencer relationships with major news and style bloggers, professional athletes & teams, as well as Indochino's Affiliate Network of partner sites
  • Lead quality control surveys and focus groups to determine problem areas in product and purchasing experience. Results illustrated several major areas for product quality and customer experience improvement that have since been implemented
  • Primarily responsible for all of Indochino's direct marketing programs. Highlights include increasing conversion of a Tape Measure  acquisition program by over 200% and creating a retention program that has accounted for over $110K in incremental net revenue
  • Promoted from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Analyst to Community Manager for ability to execute departmental goals, take on additional tasks and produce a consistently high caliber of work
