- Coordinating logistical requirements of the Project team.
- Coordination of the ‘on boarding’ process for new staff.
- Provision of translation (oral and written) services for expat staff
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access,
- Coordination of visa’s, work permits, entry gate passes and parking space.
- Supervision of other clerical staff and team drivers.
- Coordination of ‘off site’ meetings, celebrations and formal functions, working with local hotels regarding requirements and pricing.
- Coordination of Transport/Logistics registers, documentation and monthly report submissions
- Coordination and support of Sponsor/VIP visits
- Responds to communication and coordination related clerical work as required
