- Prepare a verity of food; meat, sea food, poultry, vegetable and cold food items.
- Make sure picture, perfect, plate, presentation for guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all products are according to manufacture instructions and maintain safety in all food handling process.
- Maintain quality of all issue for kitchen and items, following clean as u go system.
- Maintain inventory of all food beverage items and place order as per requirement, maintain first in first out (fifo) system.
- Prepare sauce according to recipe.
- Train the new staff and manager.
- Handle the kitchen to be a team leader.
- Ensuring all the products in the kitchen are fresh and hygiene and up to date (not expired) and with good rotation and attractive planograms.
