• To promote & sale of Retail Banking product i.e. Savings, Current, NRI, DEMAT & Trading, Recurring Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Credit Cards, Travel Cards, Travelers Cheque, Multi-Currency Card, etc.
• Ensuring smooth interaction with customers and quick processing of trade and Forex transactions within SLA
• Working within acceptable TAT and work processes to incorporate changes in processes so as to achieve quality, productivity and compliance standards
• Authorization of Forex transactions in Intellect/ Finacle, after ensuring completeness and error-free data entry in the system / Inputting of trade and Forex transactions
• Done every activity in system for every Trade Product e.g. Lodge / Verification, SWIFT input, modification, authorization etc

Worked as an Integrator to provide solutions for industry using Robotics and Controls and also provides engineering solutions.
