Dr. Claude L Council, PhD, CGEIT, CISA, CISM is a thought leader and expert in the field of Information Technology Managment. He has formerly taught in the Department of Information and Decision Sciences, at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. IT Governance and IT Audit are some of the classes he taught at both the graduate and undergraduate level. He was also a systems engineer in Information Security at the Target Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida, Nova Southeastern University, and an alumnus of the Healthcare Informatics and Telecommunications industries. IT Governance and COBIT were the focus of his doctoral dissertation.
