Responsible for overseeing and managing Best Doctors' operations in India and Srilanka with complete P&L responsibility Accountable for the performance of the company in India and Srilanka to ensure delivery of objectives including: Partnering closely with global stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal and Marketing organizations to deliver world class service. Strategize on India & Srilanka growth ensuring a cohesive footprint creating value for the company. Build the business from scratch. Focused execution in service delivery to insurance companies and corporates to meet SLAs. Accountable for budgetary planning and cash flow management. Develop new products and business models for the India market(e.g. first opinion, low cost second opinion models, Indian doctors based model etc.) to drive high client impact. Manage the Best Doctors proprietary doctors polling process end-to-end in India. Formation of India Medical Advisory Board. Build and foster deep relationship with insurance companies(health & life), corporates, govt. bodies, TPAs and other intermediaries. Manage strategic relationship with insurance regulators and medical councils.
