Charlie Rofe first worked for an agency under my management and her uptake of skills and dedication to personal improvement was rapid. Charlie quickly learned agency processes, from time management for all staff and resource allocation, to advancing as an assistant producer and managing all eDM work for major clients. In external and internal meetings, Charlie remained professional, confident and was passionate at generating new ideas and maintaining fluid conversations. Throughout difficult times, Charlie was focused upon the quality of work and production, which puts her in my highest regard. I have no doubt that Charlie's career will progress to one of leadership.

I volunteer at The AMP 614 Youth Bus which is is a safe place for Melbourne's homeless and marginalised youth once a fortnight.
