Was resposible for the operations and supervision of excellent guest services of the front office staff of a Four Star Resort and Conference Center. Supervised Bellmen, Doormen and Conceirge to assist guests in other areas of the hotel as needed. Trained and scheduled front office personnel. Performed daily check-in's, check-out's and solved any concerns of the guests in a professional manner. Was responsible for room rate verification, meeting package rate postings and discrepancy analysis, reconciled daily cash flow and insured all forms of payment were received and posted correctly. Pre-assigned rooms, ordered ammenities for daily V.I.P. guests and handled other special requests. Received reservations via phone or walk-in, assisted Bellmen, Conceirge, phone board operator and acted as liason between guests and other departments that were closed for the day.
