Served as one of the three managers of a six-hundred and forty unit apartment community. Worked and followed-up with the maintenance service manager on daily service requests that was part of the company twenty-four hour maintenance gaurantee program. Was responsible for new and renewal lease preparation, including signing paperwork with residents. Verified new move-in's and renewals with current utility companies. Assisted the assistant manager with accounts payable and receivable, posting rent payments, paying invoices and prepared and distrubuted five-day notices to residents for non-payment of rent.

Received reservations via phone or walk-in, assisted Bellmen, Conceirge, phone board operator and acted as liason between guests and other departments that were closed for the day.
