  • Web manager: creation and on-going maintenance of the Hotel Energy Solutions website (; creation of the project’s final public report, published in December 2011; creation and amendment of the project’s publications and communication materials (e.g. User’s manual, newspaper, leaflets, presentations, articles and factsheets); assistance in the management of the activities related to the adaptation of the project to new EU and non-EU member states
  • Creation of a consolidated portfolio of services offered by the Steering Committee for Tourism Development (SCTD)-composed of UNWTO and seven other UN entities. Participation in missions in Geneva, Switzerland to liaise with the committee.
  • Co-creation of the DG-DEVCO and UNWTO guidebook: “Enhancing capacities for sustainable tourism development in developing countries” to mainstream the sector in countries’ agendas.
