- Assist the customer and give their needs.
- Convince them to try the item in the fitting room.
- While they are trying some item, try to give more item to help them to find nice outfit.
- After customer already decide and select the item they want to buy, bring them to the cashier.
- As a cashier try to ask the customer if anything else they want.
- Count the item and show to the customer if its complete and the sizes is right.
- Ask them the mode of payment they want.
- Try to ask customer details for the customer records in the company.
- After the transaction give them the receipt and reminder them to keep it for any exchange within 14 days.
- Always say "Thank You" and "Please Comeback" to the customer before they leave your store.
