May 2019, Ovations appointed a new Sales Executive. As part of a revised sales strategy, I agreed to transition to an account management role with the sole focus of managing the Ovations key accounts. Combined, these accounts represented more than half of the company's revenue. This role allows me to leverage my relationship management competencies, which I thoroughly enjoy. Some of my activities include opportunity identification and management , stakeholder management, account billing and operations, and maintaining brand awareness in the accounts.
