The in vitro and in vivo studies established the proof of mechanism, that the armoury of polyphenols in combination, potentially abrogates CD36 signalling mediated pathogenic foam cell formation and promote their emigration from the intima resulted in atheroinflammatory lesion regression.
Pharmacological mechanistic anti-asthmatic and antianaphylactic activities of a homeopathic drug - B. orientalis were established for the first time. The thermoreversible (PF-127) nasal gel of B. orientalis were formulated which showed better anti-asthmatic activity.
