Summary

Every company has its own business drivers, set of goals, challenges and competition.

As a Sales Consultant in Platinum International Consultants, I am responsible for leading the new IT and FinTech industry sales team, developing new international businesses and rapidly scale the operations to achieve company's business and financial goals. Additionally, I am responsible for developing and maintaining a cooperative relationship with major multinational customers and provide sound advice and industry insights to customers on their challenging needs.

When I was an Inside Sales Account Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), I had worked with sales team and channel partners in the Commercial space of Telco & Financial Services industry in Taiwan and Small-Medium Business (SMB) across all industries in Singapore to facilitate customers business IT needs and challenges by providing technology consultation and service solutions to improve their IT infrastructures and business revenues. Aside from relationship building with the stakeholders, expanding knowledge of HPE and competitors products portfolio and understanding industry trends are part of what I did daily in order to change the playing field against our competition.

• Focuses on Taiwan Commercial Accounts in Telco and Financial Services industry such as ChunghwaTelecom, Far Eastone Telecommunications, Taiwan Mobile, CTBC Bank, Taishin Bank and etc.

• Engage and work with internal sales team including Enterprise Account Manager, BU Specialists and the channel ecosystem to better position HPE Products and Services.

• Proactively hunt and profile new inactive customers in the Commercial space in terms of the IT environment, challenges and competitors.

• Maintain SFDC discipline (weekly update of commit, upside and won deals), drive pipeline management and opportunity creation.

• Act as a single point of contact within APJ for SEATH ISR on marketing campaigns, blitz and programs, work closely with APJ Inside Sales Program Manager to ensure information is cascaded accordingly to SEATH ISR, and drive SEATH ISR for Blitz Activity and Programs Incentives available quarter on quarter.
