As the only paid employee of this non-profit organization I was not only the Executive Director/CEO, but also the CFO, Office Manager, Adminstrator and Secretary.  Reorganizing and restructureing the center to bring it up to date and perform more efficiently I buckled down on the budget and we were finally able to end the year with money in the bank (in the black) instead of ending in the red and taking out a loan every year to make it, as the Center had done in the years before my term.  In addition, to date all outstanding loans have been payed.  Working with a volunteer board of directors, local courts, the Supreme Court of VA, mediators, interns and volunteers to ensure effective program oversight and developement as well as open communication and proper training.  Teach Parent Education class.  Overall running and management of operations.
