Subject:Purification and crystallization trials of S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine from Synechocystis sp 6803. The SAHHase which I was working on originates from Synechocystis sp PCC 6803, a unicellular non-nitrogen-fixing cyanobacterium and an inhabitant of fresh water. Cyanobacteria is a phylum of bacteria that obtain their energy through photosynthesis. Synechocystis SAHHase cDNA was cloned into the pMCSG9 vector, Which contained an ampicillin resistance gene, and MBP and Histag tags, fused to the N-terminus. It has also a TEV protease recognition sequence, which enables tag removal.
I chose E coli BL21(DE3) codon plus – MAGIC with kanamycin resistance as my bacterial strain for protein expression.

Drying technology is an important means of grain storage and quality, drying time drying incomplete leads to red bean sprout and mildew.Fluidized bed drying were studied in this paper, the red bean, simulation of fluidized drying process, through a series of experimental method, calculated the temperature and wind speed, dry, red bean and practical mathematical model is set up.
