*Manage and coordinate all hair care, hair styling and hair color projects that undergo technical salon testing in the Product Evaluation Centers.   

*Track project status, analyze data and results, produce synthesis/reports.

*Support Hair Evaluation functions through following all hair-related projects tested in L’Oreal’s PECs

*Point person/liaison between labs and technical salon - set up salon tests, meet regularly with labs to understand background and objectives, communicate instructions to stylists, create questionnaires for all hair projects tested, work with the PEC managers on daily basis for planning and scheduling, and review next steps with the labs.

*Understand lab objectives pertaining to requested projects, regular use of project briefs/pyramids to understand project and category main attributes, understand product category and gather knowledge on market and benchmarks

*Identify main trends in results being analyzed by looking at data (raw data, graphs, basic statistical analysis ) and comments .

*Maintain regular communication between the evaluation team and labs and provide updates on important issues as needed.
