Customer Service Supervisor
Responsibilities: I have been given key roles during multiple interviews for the store. Manage the shop floor independently. Regularly train sales advisors and lead staff training meetings. Greeting customers, actively engaging them and helping them through my product knowledge and friendly conversations. I am used to doing stock take, conveying deliveries and completing customer orders. I help ensure that the shop floor and the windows are presentable. I am a trained Cashier and I am routinely part of the cash reconciliation and depository process.
