  • Led turnaround in Q4 05 taking over a company losing ($1mm) per qtr to $1mm in profit per qtr in Q1 08 with no outside funding.
  • Achieved $53M in revenue and profit during tenure, without venture funding, by establishing a clear focus on free cash flow.
  • Provided hourly performance metrics categorically by introducing an innovative business intelligence and metric reporting platform.
  • Enhanced performance by launching 360 feedback mechanisms, CFO Working Group and 515 management reporting.
  • Strengthened financial infrastructure by recruiting key staff, implementing Great Plains Dynamics, introducing business analysis, and upgrading network engineering.

Appointed to various leadership capacities including President, COO, CFO, and EVP of Corporate Development/M&A.Oversaw recruitment, hiring and evaluation of a cross-functional team of executive professionals.

  • Founding management team member of  InPhonic, Inc., achieving INC 500 #1 ranking in 2004 as the fastest growing private company in the US.
  • Generated $300M in annual revenue by recruiting CXO team to launch sales channels, identifying and completing ten strategic acquisitions, executing key business development deals and new carrier agreements and 5K+ private labeled websites.
  • Launched $150M IPO in 2004 by guiding teams through filing of S-1, selecting lead underwriter, performing diligence requests, developing pitch decks, and executing road show.
  • Established corporate strategy for planning, sourcing, evaluating and executing strategic acquisitions and alliances. Team identified, completed and integrated eight strategic acquisitions in five years.
