Manage the flow of internal communications as well as guide Trampoline’s community engagement activities. Responsibilities include the planning of staff outings and activities, drafting new business proposals, assisting account managers, coordinating Trampoline's sponsorship activities, and managing Trampoline's social media presence leading to a increase of 600 new Twitter followers.

Currently guiding the planning of an annual community fundraiser in support of colorectal caner entitled "Get Up There" in March at Ski Wentworth, as well as a boxing event in association with Shelter Nova Scotia in December.

Donor Relations and Communications Intern

Programmed and executed a unique fundraising initiative in support of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Secured sponsors, programed logistics, scheduled volunteers, created corresponding publications, attracted publicity through media relations and attracted new dedicated donors to the association's "Breath Works" program.

Event Planner and Organization Representative


Chaired a program-wide initiative at Algonquin College raising $10,000 for a charity working on small enterprise development for women in Africa.

Initiated and managed a benefit concert and art auction drawing attention to this new local organization. Secured a venue, wrote and presented a call to local visual and musical artists, developed publicity material and created a detailed communications plan.
