As a receptionist my job was to; greet customers, answer phones and customer questions, open and close the clinic, file and pull patient files, prepare for next day patients by pulling files and getting tags ready for surgeries etc.  I also entered patient information into computer files, handled money and took money to and from the bank, helped the doctor when needed and performed cleaning duties.

Derma Technique Day Spa

I currently work as a customer service/receptionist at a day spa.  Here I answer multiple line phones, take messages, book appointments for clients, confirm appointments with clients, greet and direct clients as they begin their relaxing adventure.  I handle money and close down the computers and credit card systems every night.  It is then that I am responsible for making sure that all of our numbers match up for the day.  I am in constant contact with people whom I make feel comfortable and relaxed while at the spa.  I am also required to have great social skills while on the phone with clients and while speaking with them, keeping a professional manner.  I am also responsible at night for closing down the spa and when I work morning shifts I am responsible for opening the spa for the day.
