Spearheaded consolidation of communication systems and computer network into one-stop System Control help-desk. Supervised 5 personnel crew responsible for tracking and reporting status of 13 network, communications, air traffic control, telephone systems and weather satellite earth station. Reconciled 5,123 trouble tickets for 1,900 customers leading to 99.6% equipment uptime rate.
