• Developed Site wise material balance using data reconciliation software (ARPM, BILMAT), to calculate Bitumen production from Oil sands facility and Bitumen processed thru upgrader. This production is used as basis of "Royalty calculation"

• Prepared Regulatory reports to ERCB.
• Prepared documents pertaining to Production Planning, Budgeting & performance monitoring.
• Actively involved in projects of improving upgrader yield.

• On user advisory board of Simulation Sciences for future product development, Development of thermodynamic package for oil sand products.

Developed performance-monitoring system for poly propylene business worth $ 60 Million US as well as finalized feedstock supply, operations & maintenance agreement worth $ 25 Million US & $ 20 Million US respectively. Achieved savings in controllable variable costs to the tune of $ 3 Million US by prudent monitoring, planning & cost control. Saving achieved in controllable fixed cost was to the tune of $ 3.5 Million US. Conducted feasibility studies for expansion to double present production capacity to achieve further cost advantage in fixed costs. Increased capacity by 40% without significant capital investment. Rationalized production grades, eliminating lower margin grades, improving production rates for higher margin grades.

Turnaround experience of Polyethylene (High pressure LDPE) and Polypropylene unit (Solution polymerization).
Turnaround experience of Naphtha reforming and P-Xylene ( UOP-Parex) separation
Project experience of Linear Alkyl Benzene plant including Paraffin separation (UOP-Molex) capacity expansion project.
Simulation of Naphtha cracker plant
Process engineering experience of Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and Vinyl Chloride Monomer(VCM) Feasibility study and interaction with project consultant for Unipol PP plant.
Costing of companies products. Preparation of information document for raising equity and debt.
5 years capital expenditure planning and feasibility studies.
