- Manage full employee life cycle including New Joiners Induction, Employee Grievances, Performance Management, Retention & Exit Interviews.
- Run through the Induction for New Joiners educating them of company policy, culture etc.
- Introducing New Joiners to the respective business manager and walk them through the floor.
- Single point of contact to provide reports and dashboard to business related to Headcount, Attrition Analysis, Salary hold report etc.
- Conducting weekly HR - Ops meeting to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered in specific timelines.
- Work around retention strategy to retain best talent in the organization and conduct effective stay interviews.
- Ensure employee grievances are addressed in real time.
- Plan and execute Rewards and Recognition program, Annual Day Celebration, Floor Activities and events during festive season to keep the employee morale high.
- Identify and Coordinate PIP and IJP Process across the business group.
