Current Projects:

>> Actively involved in implementing  Success Factors - Performance Management tool across the organization.

>> Planning and Execution of Employee Engagement Survey partnering with Gallup.

  • Manage full employee life cycle including New Joiners Induction, Employee Grievances, Performance Management, Retention & Exit Interviews.
  • Run through the Induction for New Joiners educating them of company policy, culture etc.
  • Introducing New Joiners to the respective business manager and walk them through the floor.
  • Single point of contact to provide reports and dashboard to business related to Headcount, Attrition Analysis, Salary hold report etc.
  • Conducting weekly HR - Ops meeting to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered in specific timelines.
  • Work around retention strategy to retain best talent in the organization and conduct effective stay interviews.
  • Ensure employee grievances are addressed in real time.
  • Plan and execute Rewards and Recognition program, Annual Day Celebration, Floor Activities and events during festive season to keep the employee morale high.
  • Identify and Coordinate PIP and IJP Process across the business group.
