Managing the mobile website for which is built on the latest google technology PWA (progressive web app) which leverages many features of the mobile app like fast user experience due to caching using service workers, web notifications, installable webapps while taking the advantages of web world through cheaper acquisition channels like SEO/ SEM.

Working closely with the marketing teams to make the most of the traffic acquired through all channels like SEO, SEMDisplay etc while constantly working on improving the direct traffic conversion rates, retention. Responsible for the bottomline generated through various business lines (flights/ hotels etc.). I manage the daily scrums, sprint planning, release planning and roadmap for the mobile website of makemytrip.

Also built products that can deliver smart content to the users on the website. Content that can be crisp, useful and actionable for the users. Trying to leverage machine learning techniques in conjunction with engineering and manual curation to achieve the desired outcome.

Also managed the alternate accommodation product for MakeMyTrip Was responsible for the initial product strategy, design, user flow, product market fit, launch strategy, product roadmap, analytics and experimentation for the website

Launched the enterprise product Engage and successfully on-boarded a top financial institution in India who had become the first paid customer for our product. Was solely responsible for enabling multi-channel marketing on this product (Display, social, on-site notifications). Managed the sprints, roadmap, clients for the product.
